Communication
All communications are through email from Arts Alive.
It is imperitive that we have the correct email on file. Also, please ensure that you are able to receive emails from admin@artsalivebarrington.org.
Refund Policy
While we are confident that your experience with Arts Alive will be a positive one, we have outlined our refund policy below. All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to admin@artsalivebarrington.org.
Program fees are non-refundable if you withdraw prior to the start of the program, unless we are able to fill your spot. A $30 processing fee will then be applied. Program fees are non-refundable after the start of the program.
Costume Fittings
Fitting dates will be announced through email.
All fittings take place at our storage facility:

Attendance
The program consists of an ensemble. Any absence affects the entire group. Please do your best to ensure that you are present for every rehearsal you are called to.
